How can we help?

We offer custom-made feeds to complement your robot system. Our specialist compounds contain high levels of quality raw materials including Canadian soya, sugar beet, maize and wheat distillers offering variable sources of energy and protein to optimise rumen function. Each compound formulation is specified to the intestinal protein requirements of the cow to ensure optimal rumen health at high and low concentrate levels.

The benefits for you

With the inclusion of LiftOff, our highly-palatable glucogenic energy source, you are assured of increased visits to the robot and increased energy density in the concentrate.

We also offer LiftOff in IBCs to be fed into the robot directly, giving fresh cows the added glucogenic energy they need to kick-start yields and increase feed intake at the start of lactation.

Within this range, we offer non-mineralised cakes as part of our responsible mineral feed initiative and we offer an on-farm mineral audit to make sure you have the perfect balance of minerals for each cow.

Our 40-strong fleet of vehicles and dedicated team of drivers is out in all-weather to deliver to your farm making sure that you’ve got everything you need, exactly when you need it.

GLW Pre-Calving System

GLW Pre-Calver is specially designed and formulated to give the correct balance of protein, energy and minerals. It will assist in a smooth transition from the dry period to early lactation.

Using GLW Pre-Calver can positively influence milk production, milk quality, fertility, mastitis and retained cleansings. It can also reduce metabolic disorders and diseases such as ketosis/fatty liver syndrome and milk fever.

Correct feed management of the dairy cow through late lactation, the early dry period and transition period is critical to early lactation performance.

Response Dairy Compounds

GLW Response Dairy Compounds are at the heart of the Response System. The Response range contains no added minerals which eradicates over mineralisation of the cow in early lactation, and potential under mineralisation in mid and late lactation. The system involves feeding GLW Ultra 250* Dairy Minerals at a flat rate throughout the lactation as part of a partial TMR – together with Response Compounds fed to yield. The benefits of the GLW Response System are increased production, together with improved health and fertility.

The GLW Response ranges of compounds are available in three 14.2 ME, 17% protein consistent formulations:

• Response CS, with high levels of Sugarbeet Pulp is a controlled starch compound.
• Robot Response is specially designed for snack feeding systems.

GLW Impact Dairy Compounds are an integral part of the Response System. The Impact range contains no added minerals which eradicates over mineralisation of the cow in early lactation, and potential under mineralisation in mid and late lactation. The system involves feeding GLW Ultra Dairy Minerals at a flat rate throughout the lactation as part of a partial TMR – together with Impact Compounds fed to yield.
